Artwork For Newborn Babies / Brain Stimulation

Fifty years of scientific research has shown that newborn babies not only prefer to look at high contrast black and white images and repetitive bold patterns but that these images can help develop:

For the first six months of a baby's life their eyesight is still developing and what they often need are vibrant black and white images that their eyes can 'lock' onto. These pictures have been specially designed to stimulate your baby's visual experience but also remain attractive if left on the wall. Pin one of these posters close to where your baby sleeps or stick some of the pattern discs inside a cot.

I am a retired art teacher living in the Scottish Borders and the Black and White design I created for my grand-daughter when she born was so successful that I decided to produce a series of lively pictures that are appealing to babies, children and grown-ups.
